2025-01-11 02:53:52 +0000 UTCAlso Hulk felt like Banner only used Hulk to save his skin and fight his battles, Hulk was tired of that. Basically that Banner had 0 respect for Hulk and saw him as a necessary evil sort of thing, due to Banner not really ever accepting the Hulk, even being ashamed for everything he does as the Hulk, so he's never appreciating the efforts Hulk puts in. Psychologically it's very interesting and I think they hit the nail on the head with the Banner/Hulk dilemma. I also think many people who were upset by what happened with Hulk in Endgame have failed to realise that this was all setting up for how Hulk is there, and they honestly did it really well. I don't know why people are upset that we never saw it happen on-screen because I'm not sure how you'd do that without really taking time away from more important matters or making the runtime extreme, it's already been building up to it and once you realise that it's a perfectly acceptable and understandable result.

2024-11-08 05:43:28 +0000 UTCHey in the outro you were asking about Thanos and his plan... how he could make sense of wiping out half of all living things. Well, now that you've seen Endgame too, we can say that Thanos explains more of his ideas in one of the "What If..." episodes. You can hear him mention it some more... Here's some of my own theories... About Loki. You know he was saying things that were odd like he was saying "The sun will rise upon us again brother..." I think he kept saying Thor is his brother or maybe about being prince too. Anyway he knows Thanos' plan of "killing half" and so he wanted to be the one killed so that his other half may live, they are two brothers, so that Thor may be spared by Thanos who should kill only one brother. Oh I think he referred to himself as "Odinson" and so there are two sons of Odin and only one should be killed. I think Loki is the type that won't admit to saving Thor like this though. The Hulk you asked about. The last time we saw Hulk on Earth he went a little berserk because he was mind controlled a little bit and caused a lot of trouble. Tony Stark had to use "Veronica" the contingency specially developed to stop The Hulk. You might remember lines such as "Please go to sleep" and many hydraulic powered robotic punches to Hulks face lol. Anyway so Hulk leaves on the Quinjet and we find out he never returned and ended up on another planet. This was in Age of Ultron at the end he left Earth. Okay so later Hulk who is now talking and he is speaking to Thor, they are arguing maybe. Then Thor says something hurtful and he says people of Earth hates you or people don't like you. Something like that. This was on Ragnarok. Hulk is upset about this. On this planet people like him but on Earth people don't like him and are afraid of him. Maybe that's why he left Earth. Then in the beginning of Infinity War he is sent by Heimdal to Earth without asking him he is just sent there. Of course it was to send Banner to warn about Thanos. But so Hulk likes to fight. He'll fight anything. Remember the fiery giant in Ragnarok and Hulk jumps over to punch it in the head? Remember the giant wolf he fought? I forget, that wolf has a name. By all accounts he likes to fight. Remember he spits out a tooth once and he just smiled. Anyway it looks like he left Earth and didn't want to come back. He didn't want to come out of Banner. All we know is he said "Nooo!!!" Like he was mad. "Why not you big baby?!" LoL it seems like Hulk had reasons. Maybe he decided never coming back to Earth again, he did leave after all. Anyway fun stories.

2024-11-08 05:42:41 +0000 UTCI'm only a month late but I'll comment anyway after watching your reaction and seeing the outro 🙂 I saw this in the theater twice. The first time was on opening night. We used to go to midnight showings because when the movie is released, on opening day the earliest possible showing is right after midnight because that's the next day 1 minute after midnight. Anyway I don't think they had midnight showings for this one but we bought our tickets a few weeks ahead. That's the other thing, the seats will be all sold out. So you figure things out and you buy tickets early before everyone thinks of doing the same thing and that's how you score a ticket. Anyway so the first showing are only those folks who got tickets early because yeah it would have been sold out long ago. Everyone had high expectations, everyone was hyped! In that theater when things started happening in the end it was dead silence in the theater. We were all stunned and shocked. I think when the screen turned black no one said a word. All of us collectively had no words. It ended late in the night because it's a long movie. There was a real hushed silence. I think we just couldn't believe it! The 2nd time I watched it was on opening weekend and it was in the afternoon, it would still be dark when it ends though. So this was a more normal group of people, you know folks who wouldn't go to the theater at midnight for the absolute first showing. This time there were a lot of crying. You can hear people couldn't hold it anymore and they start sobbing. This is at one of the big screens it feels like over 200 seats maybe 250. I think at every group of around 10 people there would be one you could hear quietly crying. Maybe others are choking it back. Many crying silently probably. There were probably more younger viewers... compared to the "first showing" peeps who would be older. Okay so on the way to the car, it's dark you know but there were this group of like 5 kids walking to their car and one of them is swearing up and down very loudly that they will never ever watch another movie again!, they were so upset. I thought that's an odd reaction. Later I more or less figure out there are 3 types of people. Those who believe no superhero will ever die. And there are those who believe what they see in the movie and they saw half of the heroes die or turn to dust. I don't know if viewers came up with the term "being dusted"... or if the writers came up with that. Maybe it was people started calling it that. I don't think it's "dust" myself but it's still a good word. Oh and the 3rd type is maybe in the middle like me. I was trying to figure out how our heroes could come back after this movie. I was obsessed with how light came through the trees when Vision's gem exploded. Anyway we were traumatized for many months. Eventually over time you had to heal so that you could go back to your daily life. It was one of the biggest box office you know, so many people watched it. Though not everyone. It's great we can still see first time watching reaction videos 😊

This usually comes from people who really don't like the pro-environment and anti-colonialism messaging. Even critics of the movie usually say it's mediocre at worst, because the story isn't all that complex.

We all felt the same emotions when we all watched this movie. I had many of the same thoughts and questions you did in the end. When in the theater I can remember the audible gasps and cries, it was the loudest for Spider-Man. Thank you for starting your MCU reactions, and thank you for sharing your emotional rollercoaster with this movie. I can't wait for you to see the rest of the movies and shows. The victor would gain his favor while the loser would have a part of her replaced for improvement. Gamora always won hence why Nebula is mostly machine made now. Through all her winning she became his favorite daughter and the one he loved the most. The four henchmen in Infinity War that were helping him get the stones are also referred to as The Children of Thanos aka The Black Order.

It quickly became the highest grossing movie of all time, the biggest movie in the history of the world, and it took a re-release of James Cameron's Avatar to dethrone it. You will find out why. Same directors, by the way, for both Infinity War and Endgame. They also directed Winter Soldier and Civil War. So arguably 4 of the best movies in the MCU. The Russo brothers are legendary, definitely the glue that held the MCU together. The director of all the Guardians of the Galaxy movies, James Gunn, also helped out with all the Guardians stuff in Infinity War, hence why he is credited as one of the Executive Producers. Don't wait too long on the next ones :)

I will never forget watching this in theatre. Dead silent during that scene with all the heroes becoming dust except for sniffles all around and I was sitting next to like an 8 year old who was crying into his mother’s shoulder. Also, you asked why hulk wasn’t coming out during the movie. It was also just my theory that he was afraid of Thanos. No one has ever given him a beat down like Thanos did. But that’s just my theory. After 10 years, and nearly 20 movies, we lived, loved, and died with these characters. It was like watching a video of our friends and all of our hopes and emotions with it. I appreciate that you have connected with these characters as much as we did. Ant-Man, Captain Marvel, and then Endgame. Can't wait.

I'm glad movies are starting to chill out with the post credits stuff.

HE lacks empathy but still concerns himself with balance and wanting to, in the end, save everyone. His last scene with baby gamora shows a soft side to him, which not many villians show. Im curios to know where you rank him in terms of chracters in the MCU.

One of the best ones yet! 1. At the end of Ragnarok, during the mid-credit scene, you saw the Asgardian ship run into Thanos’s ship. And so the beginning of this movie picks up right from there. 2. Yes, you last saw the Red Skull at the end of the 1st Captain America. The stone zapped him to Vormir. 3. Hulk doesn’t want to come out because he got his butt kicked by Thanos and he’s scared 4. Thanos is known as the “Mad Titan.” He is crazy and really believes that killing half of creation is the solution to its problems. 5. Thanos, even without the stones, is about as strong as the Hulk. That’s why Stark and Spiderman had so much trouble removing it. 6. At the end, Thanos did exactly what he said he would do: "finally rest and watch the sun rise on a grateful universe.”
