I'm sure Tony had FRIDAY running some kind of program to be on the look out for other super powered people. After catching wind of Spider-Man on the YouTube I'm sure it wasn't too hard to track him down with all of his technology.

2024-08-05 12:39:11 +0000 UTCOf course the plot is gonna carry whatever characters it needs to, i mean if the plot was in the direction that Rocket should beat Galactus, Rocket would be able to. But thats not accurate, you can look at individual feats from the characters and make unbiased non plot related results. Im gonna list some feats now that Stef already has seen from Iron Man to not spoil, that greatly exceeds both Bucky and Cap. Already in Iron Man 1, we see Tony in his Mach 3 suit, carry an entire car with 3 people in it, already greatly exceeding Captains strength in one of his first suits. Iron Man can move at speeds that are 10-15 times faster than a normal jet. His suit can save him from incredible heights that would make Steve splash on the ground. His offense is also alot better, his suit being able to analyse his opponents fight pattern to create a direct counter to the persons fighting style, just like we see in Civil War. His blasts especially his chest blast is probably one of the most powerfull blasts you can find on earth, it is shown to be able to break through vibranium the litteral strongest metal on earth. And keep in mind this is only Tonys feats up until Civil War.

2024-08-04 20:49:07 +0000 UTCIn this particular case, with Iron Man fighting at a rage-fueled 100% against Cap, who is trying to stop him more than beat him, and Bucky, who feels guity and is mostly just trying to get away from him, absolutely. But let's not pretend that Iron Man's power level is beyond either. Of course, power level discussions are pretty useless because they adhere to one rule only: they're as high as the plot demands them to be. If the story requires either to beat the other, then so it shall be.

Some bad writing in an otherwise excellent movie. About the Accords: in this movie, I'm on Cap's side, but that's only because I know the characters involved and their motivations. If this were a real-life situation, however, I would absolutely not be okay with, for instance, the creator of Ultron being part of a team of heroes without limits or oversight. There's one thing that's always bothered me: how the hell did Tony find out Peter Parker is Spider-Man? His identity being a secret is kind of a big part of the lore, so the movie just brushing past that is a little funny. Tom Holland is amazing, though.

It was all shield and as we know it was actually hydra behind shield. As you said, cap scolded Fury in the first avengers movie for messing up with the tesarakt. I mean even if there were no avengers, Fury would probably mess with the tesarakt anyway, but in that scenario the chitauri would have conquered the earth like a walk in the park π But the argument was simple, if I was in that room with secretary Ross I would be like "Can you remind me what was the government's plan against the New York attack? Oh, right dropping a nuclear bomb in Manhattan. Yeah that would probably had less casualties than us taking action" π

Same in the Spiderman films heβs cool but I have to say out of the three Spider-Mans I like Tom hollands the least. Not the character necessarily but the movies. He has the worst ones. But if the Avengers weren't there, there would be noone to talk about it. I remember when I was watching this movie for the first time, at the point where secretary Ross was showing the clips of the "catastrophes" to the Avengers, going like "New York, DC, Sokovia" I was like "yeah moron in all of those situations it was game over if they weren't there". It's easy to say "you fucked up" when they saved your ass and when you back up plan in the New York attack was to nuke Manhattan (which probably wouldn't even work tbh). π

My guess with Wanda overpowering Vision is that since her powers came from the Mind Stone (which is in Visions head) she was able to manipulate him. One of Vision's power is that he can control his density and Wanda made him really heavy and sink into the ground. 4. Yes this is Tom Holland's first appearance as Spider-man in the MCU and his character is complete reboot so forget everything you know about the previous ones (the Toby Mcguire and Andrew Garfield movies). He is a brand new Spider-man for the MCU.

Tony from iron man 1 probably would have been more on capβs side and Cap from his first movie probably would have been more on Tonyβs side. It just goes to show how much character development each of them have had since their first movies.
