Let's gooo! Loving your reactions to this series! I need season 4 please!! One of my top 2 favorite seasons.

i feel the same way about the main theme. Also when I hear specific themes. Dany's theme. The Winterfell theme. Jon Snow's theme. They all just hit so fucking good.

You want Sansa to get in the game. Jon can’t be with Ygritte anyway. But these next 4 seasons are better than the first 3.. I always tell people get past the first 3 seasons and the pace picks up. My fav seasons are 56&7. Can’t wait 🙂

I love when Stef takes a deep breath after every scene haha

I think Jon realized that if he chose to stay with the wildlings, he would one day have to fight his brothers of the Night's Watch. Also, it's not in his nature to kill innocent and unarmed people like the wildlings do.

Time flies when you're having fun, no? :) There's more fun to come, don't worry! About Ygritte, I think she was really not expecting Jon's escape and felt bitterly betrayed (after all, they are all "lovey-dovey" before the incident). As for Jon, it's as what he said: he has no choice because he might die there if he did not escape (since there are still a lot of wildlings in there and Tormund is holding Ygritte), but he really loved Ygritte. Anyway, I'm always pleasantly surprised when you're suddenly speaking/(cursing? haha) Spanish. It's so endearing.

It's been really nice rewatching the series with you, i've been wanting to watch this again and i have nobody else to watch it with! Very much looking forward to watching Season 4 soon

The reason Jon seemed to suddenly leave Ygritte and the Wildlings is that a few episodes ago (it all happened fast), he was commanded by Tormund at the behest of Orel to kill that old man with the Horses to prove his loyalty. Jon couldn't execute an unarmed man like that. He hesitated for too long, and Ygritte knew he couldn't do it, she shot the man with an arrow which prompted the rest to call Jon and even Ygritte a traitor. While Jon fought with Orel (the Warg who controlled the Eagle), Tormund restrained Ygritte trying to convince her to see reason, that Jon was still loyal to the Watch above all else. Amongst all this Jon escaped and rode away, leaving Ygritte to realize that he really did betray her.
