For Gendry, he doesnt really know anything about the red woman. He hasnt seen the people burned alive on the beach like we did, or the demon ghost baby thing. All he knows is there's a fairly attractive naked woman that wants him. Its a pretty effective way to lower our defenses....

2024-07-03 18:43:57 +0000 UTC- We meet Daario Naharis this episode. A (now) captain of the Second Sons, a group of mercenaries in the East. He's a straightforward man, he wants what he wants, and he takes action to get it. The question remains, will he hold to his oath he has now sworn to Daenerys? - Regarding Gendry, Melisandre, and the leeches.... It seems Ser Davos talked Stannis down from the sacrifice, so she chose leeches instead of the blood ritual. The third leech was for Theon's father, Balon Greyjoy, the self proclaimed King of the Iron Islands. - Joffrey has proven time and time again how cruel and sadistic he is. Most recently we saw him pinhole Ros with crossbow bolts, but this episode we see Joffrey lose one of his favorite toys, and you know how spoiled brats are with their toys.
