At the time we knew they would absolutely kill off main characters, but we also knew Theon was a bit of an oddity, always wishy-washy depending on who is around him. - An even sadder and ironic part about the farm boys, is they were the two orphans that Bran sent to help the farmer when the farmer asked for help at Winterfell a couple episodes ago. - Jon saved Ygritte's life, and Ygritte has now saved Jon's life. She basically said it, but now his life is in his own hands. It's kind of cute to see Samwell not even dream that Jon could be dead, wouldn't hear a word of it. That's loyalty. - It's interesting to note how much more "grounded" Stannis is when The Red Woman isn't around. He also provided more backstory to why he wasn't in King Robert's court, and why we didn't see him in Season 1 at King's Landing at all. - I don't think Jorah knows exactly what will happen to Daenerys if she goes to the House of the Undying. He's just more assuming that since the warlock wants her there, that she won't be coming back.
