She really was scared they kept doing the scene over and over so much that it really got to her. Also I’m not an expert but I’m thinking the woman who was naked in the tub. Might have been drowned by her husband after her killed his daughters. The nude painting in Mr. Hallorann’s room was because he was a bachelor. It was common for some bachelor’s back then to have paintings like those back then. As for the person in the dog suit I have no idea your guess is as good as mine.
