important notice

Hello everyone,

I have maintained an automatic payment system where all patrons are charged on the 1st of every month for a very long time.

However, it seems this will have to change now. Patreon has informed me that due to friction with Apple, they are pushing for an upfront payment system, and I will now be forced to make this change.

With the switch to the upfront payment system, the following will apply:

• For new patrons, the charge will occur immediately upon signing up, and then monthly on the same day thereafter.

• Existing patrons will be unaffected, and charges will continue to be made on the 1st of each month.

• There will be no changes to Patreon fees or payouts.

I plan to implement this payment change starting September 1st. This will ensure that new patrons will not be charged twice, and there will be no impact on existing patrons.

• There will also be changes to the reward distribution method!

Instead of providing links through direct messages as before, I will now be posting them publicly.

In September, I will post an August reward with a variation link included.

Starting in October, I will post reward links with each completed reward as a public post.

• However, my work deadline will remain the same.

I have consistently adhered to the same deadline throughout my 8 years running Patreon, and have never missed it.

 My deadline is the 10th of each month.

Changing this routine is not easy, so I ask for your understanding.
