Added 2020-12-11 17:06:06 +0000 UTCMei sat down on the stairs and removed her shoes. She could feel the sweat between her toes, even if she was wearing her loafers for just a short time. The smell was also quite noticable and she was glad to finally enter the shrine barefoot.
Mei: Ahhhh finally... This feels so much better. I'd rather have some dirt on my soles compared to this moist feeling in my shoes!
Hinata was slowly walking towards her, carrying Mei's schoolbag. For both of them this seemed like a rather ordinary shrine, that hasn't seen enough maintance in the last couple weeks but the truth was hiding beneath their feet...
