Yep! Alex does pop up alot... mainly because I keep making new unfinished pics with her. But also because I think she's a really fun character to draw! And nope, it's not cosplay. It is Kitty and Gina. More will be explained when I get more progress done. For now, you can just speculate...

As for the scenario, I'm betting on either an exercise in empathy (that is, Gina and Kitty experiencing how much fun Penny has tickling their boobs) or expertly crafted, eerily real cosplay of Kitty and Gina.
