She is a major tickling enthusiast, loving the intimacy of tickles.
The thought of self-tickling irks her.
She prefers it when people are tickling.
Kat can stop tickling herself when she feels like she's had enough,
but when tickled by others, they can push Kat to her limit, and she very much enjoys that.

... I’m pretty sure you still can’t tickle yourself. Like you can, but not make yourself laugh kind of tickle. Your brain expects it, so it preps for it. It’s why you can scratch yourself when you get an itch and not feel tickles.
