And no, Gina hasn't experienced Kitty's drunken alter-ego, but she has seen what Kitty did to Lina. And you can bet Gina would be powerless and turned into a ticklish mess if IntoxiKitty gets a hold of her.
Despite Kitty being the ticklee a lot, she doesn't fear any of her friends. Lina, Penny, and the others, are god ticklers. They know when to stop, they give breaks, and they'er usually playful than sadistic. They want Kitty to have fun when she's tickled... Kitty won't admit it, but she does have fun.
