She goes by "Manic McAnac" in her videos, and puts on her goggles to obscure her face. And whoever she has as a victim, Ruth makes them don a blindfold to also protect their identity. Why? Would you really want a lot of people to know how ticklish you are? At least that's the reason Ruth gives them... and it works.
