2021-01-05 20:01:49 +0000 UTCIt’s nice to see Skate being show genuine attention and affection for once, but you can clearly see Skate is uncomfortable because he doesn’t have the same feelings for Ryogu. Skate’s body language is awkward, tense, and a bit standoffish the whole time they are together. Also, I think it’s interesting that Skate ask about kids, but Ryogu ignores the question and decides to focus on what type of person gained Skate’s attention. This scene reminded me that earlier on it was mention Skate had kids, which seems to be with Ryogu, and how Skate emphasized that they were not happy or content with their previous life back and Skate was in no rush to return. Also, won’t Skate lose his memory of Lewis quickly, b/c mermaids don’t have long-term memory? 🤔
