I think Skyler is too ashamed of her involvement in money laundering, Ted, and all that, to consider going to the cops right now. Why bother with all that fallout that'll affect how her son sees her, how Hank and Marie might reject her, etc...when she can just wait 6 months and let the problem fix itself. The safety of her children is her only priority at this point. I think she's intentionally sacrificing herself to try and placate Walt so she can protect her kids.

All that talk about Walt being "savage", and Skyler fucking comes out from the top rope and says, "Rot in Hell, you son of a bitch." From your wife. Ooof! I can't wait for the rest of your reactions. Ozark is decent and, yeah, it doesn't have Walt... but it also doesn't have the kind of writers where someone backs their wife into a corner and she fires back with a verbal shot that turns her husband's head into a canoe. Walt was gone the next day at work -- he could barely focus on anything Jesse and Mike were talking about. Walt wrecked Marie in the last episode with a bit of truth; Skyler did the same thing to him this episode. And it only gets better. Y'all are gonna need a cigarette after this show.
