Today I was doing awesome in the gym. Arms, back, and cardio. Really trying to get this mum tum under control cause I’m not feeling great about it. So upping my cardio, especially as my hip is still playing up every time I swim.
Took these photos and am really pleased with the gains from today’s session. But taking my gym mirror selfie, then trying to capture my outfit later on…left me feeling very dysphoric and weird.
So there we go. Sorry. Depressive post. I’ll get past it, I always do. Just not feeling my oats so much atm (apart from my back, that slays). I need to feel better Wednesday cause I’m filming packing videos for Squishi Kitti 🤞🏻
