New rain sound system. A blend of 10 sounds that vary according to the intensity of the rain.
24 thunder sounds, also varying with the intensity of the rain.
Now rain and thunder sounds can be heard from inside buildings, with muffled sound. The sound also muffles slightly under covered areas, such as bridges.
The sound changes in intensity and frequency depending on the ground around the camera. For example, if there is a lot of concrete around the camera, the sound of raindrops on the ground will be sharper, as in real life.
Ambient sounds now support rain intensity and muffling: Currently, it includes the sound of raindrops falling on metal roofs, mainly on LS objects. Uses a blend of 6 sounds of different intensities. More sounds of this type will be added.
Thunders/lightnings in the game are now less frequent and framerate independent.
All sounds used are high-quality stereo; almost all sounds are paid assets.
Tip: use my Rain Chance mod to adjust the chances of rain and add drizzle to the game.
Download version 11-25. For beta supporters on 01.12.25 (DD.MM.YY) and 01.01.26 for the public. Possible bug fixes will be updated in the same download link.
