Galatea

Metropolis — its people blissfully unaware that their greatest protector had vanished. Most knew he was there, even if they did not see him. They could hear the flutter of his cape and his shadow soaring across the city. Superman is always there and if not then the usual whispers traveled through the city:
“Superman must be off-world,” said one.
“Maybe with the Justice League on another planet,” offered another.

And so they carried on, believing, hoping. Knowing Superman is there for them.

Location: CADMUS Blacksite – Sublevel 12

Deep beneath the Earth, far from sunlight, far from justice, Superman hung suspended in a containment cell, his skin growing pale beneath the glow of synthetic red sun radiation. His fists, usually capable of shattering meteors, hung limp. His breath was shallow, his mind alert. This was no accident. This was PROJECT : CADMUS.

Led by the strong and level headed Amanda Waller, fueled by fear of unchecked power, PORJECT : CADMUS had spent years in the shadows slowly growing and gaining funds. Waller and her compatriots feared what Superman might become, fearing his turn. Preparing for the day they’d need a countermeasure to control him and if needed to take him down. Now after multiple attempts they had one: Galatea.

A successful clone, not of Superman, but of Supergirl — Kara In-Ze — with some enhancements. They had tweaked her DNA. Heightened aggression. A warrior molded, not raised, to be loyal and under their control and to give no quarter. CADMUS built Galatea not to inspire… but to conquer maintain their shadow control.

In the observation chamber stood Waller, Emil Hamilton and Galatea as they looked at the screens showing Superman. Galatea cracked her knuckles as she eyed her captive, waiting for a chance to test her might. “He doesn’t look like much now. When do I get to break the legend?” Galatea said “Patience. The time will come... but we cannot risk an escape, one can not be too careful with Superman.” Waller replied in a calm and powerful tone as she looked towards Emil Hamilton. A look Emil knew too well.

Elsewhere, a worried Lois Lane scours leads, she has not seen Clark for some time and his desk at the planet sits empty. Batman notices the silence on the Justice League’s comms. Wonder Woman senses the absence of Clark’s warmth. Each taking their steps to look for Superman...

The synthetic red sun radiation pulses steadily in the dim chamber, leeching strength from every Kryptonian cell in Superman’s body. But something changes. A flicker. A stutter. Power surges across the facility — and for the briefest second, the red glow flickers.

That’s all he needed.

CRACK!

“Seal the level. I want eyes on him — now!” Waller shouted. Waller turns towards Galatea. Galatea smiles. “Finally.”

It is taking more time to post because I am try to come up with story to add context to the pictures. I have wanted to do Galatea set for long time and I think I should do two images for now.

At first I tried different hair and it fit what I wanted and look good but I did not like how it look when I do the pose and I could not remove the shine of the hair. It look fake and I think to change to Rigid3Ds Power Girl hair and sculpt and pose it.
