Heyo Mapo, i would not worry too much about being "slighty heavy", Most of the new players played Lies of P in "slighty", its really playable you are not fat rolling, just stamina recovers slower and moving a bit slower as you saw, and you are mostly Parry/blocking anyways, for not to be Slighty you need to waste up way too many points in Capacity just to be slighty faster which is not worth losing all dmg, dmg negations and amulets.
