I love Darkwood as a horror game because while there are scary moments it’s much more of an atmospheric horror which can be just as scary as classic types of horror & I personally prefer atmospheric horror. I love how you went from wondering if a top down game was going to be that scary to totally being terrified because I agree a top down style game seems like it might not be that scary but I’m glad that it is. I love how while the game is well dark it’s done in a great way that get to enjoy the good design of the art. I love the twist of you playing as 1 character & then suddenly transition to playing as the real main character who was just the guy the 1st character you were 1st playing as was trying to get information out of because it’s very unexpected. I’m really excited to see what your playthrough will be like especially because I don’t remember all the story stuff but I think you are really going to enjoy it although I think there will be frustration because of the type of game it is. Awesome 1st part & thoughts. Keep up the great work. :-) <3
