This was a nice view and mukbang to enjoy while I ate breakfast and had my morning coffee. Nick, I’ve noticed as I get older my anxiety has gotten worse and I feel those same kind of worries and insecurities you described. I talked to my doctor and she said everyone’s mental health has kind of gone down the toilet since the pandemic started. She put me on medication and it’s helped me so much. So, I hope you are able to find something that works for you to ease your always working mind. I love you lots! Enjoy your trip in “Malaysia”😉
