Hey nik how are you? I was experiencing the same exact symptoms, I went to my pcp and I got a endoscopy, found i had a ulcer from spicy stuff, they gave me 2 different antibiotics to take at the same time, and it worked out, moving along I have to take omeprazole/prilosec daily its been a year and I have not had any issues besides stomach blotting every now and again. you got me really hooked up on this whole mono fruit healing diet topic. A few years ago I did a mono watermelon diet to lose weight and it worked perfectly. But learning about the special health benefits of oranges and grapes was definitely new to me. So interesting!!! I'm probably gonna research more about this topic. Hey Nick was just watching you on youtube π₯° I was thinking, and I believe it's been mentioned in past posts, but I know you're worried about your channels, but honestly when you do your tea sipping and reaction videos, they are soooo good and you don't need food, OR have it but be so busy talking you don't have to eat it.
