Mistyk (Monsters At The Gate)

Mistyk (Monsters At The Gate)

By JunkkFactory

One of the CHILDREN of the goddess Nif, she possesses the ability to control thunder and lightning. She tends to drink alcohol almost constantly, which sometimes leads her to forget her missions and even who her enemy is.

Personal Information

Full Name: Mistyk

Epithet: Mistyk the Thunder, the Red Drunk, goddess of thunder

Age: Unknown (Appears to be 30)

Gender: Female

Appearance.

Mistyk possesses an exotic, humanoid appearance. She has a toned, muscular body with large breasts. Her skin is completely red with a few black tattoos adorning her thighs, arms, neck, and face. Her hair is short and messy gray. Her face reflects her wild and powerful appearance, with pointed teeth and eyes with black sclera and golden irises.

Her clothing reveals much of her skin, covering her breasts with two large waist straps that expose her muscular abdomen and strong arms. At the bottom, her pants become wider at the feet and are adorned with a belt of metal skulls and leather straps.

Her outfit ends with a thick rope knot behind her wide hips. Aside from her exuberant appearance and attire, Mistyk is always accompanied by her enormous spiked club called Thunderstruck and a gourd filled with alcohol, which seems to never run out.

Personality.

Mistyk possesses a ruthless and sadistic personality when it comes to unleashing chaos and death. She can become extremely excited if something presents a challenge, but what she truly enjoys when carrying out a killing spree is drinking alcohol from her pumpkin as if it were a party, treating the act of destruction as if it were a dark game of celebration.

She has a great love for violence and fights with strong opponents, but due to the immense power of her thunderbolts, she tends to kill her opponents very quickly, which can frustrate her greatly and cause her to relapse into alcohol to cope with her boredom, which could be defined as an alcoholic.

She openly hates Nif, since, in the past, she was captured by the goddess of time and forced to serve her due to her great power. Being unable to oppose or confront her new "Mother", Nif ended up seeing how her freedom and appetite for destruction were reduced and limited, leaving her enormous frustration for losing her freedom, creating in her an addiction to alcohol, only to forget, even for a few moments, that she is tied to a maniacal goddess worse than her.

When she is truly drunk, her personality tends to become somewhat docile and also discouraged, being invaded by boredom and even losing the desire to kill and destroy, letting her victims go unharmed most of the time. It has even reached situations where she gets lost in conversations with her victims who are forced to listen to her complaints, problems, and frustrations, also sometimes whining about no longer being able to be the ancient goddess of thunder and slaughter that she once was. Mistyk has come to show compassion and even kindness in this state.

She doesn't have a good relationship with her "Brothers and Sisters" (the Children), as she sees them only as prisoners of the maniacal Nif. Like her, she can tolerate some and would rather kill others herself (like Mazza and Higgs). Despite this, Mistyk has a good relationship with Somnus (Nif's Son), as they tend to drink and converse amicably. She also has a certain interest in the being known as The Starman, despite his nature that she defines as disturbing.

She truly desires to fight and kill a human Godkiller, as that would finally allow her to unleash her pent-up power, although she also confesses that she wouldn't mind dying at one's hands.

Despite her chaotic and destructive personality, there is something that sets her apart from Nif. Mistyk does not hate humanity or humans, nor does she see them as inferior, on the contrary, she has an interest in them and in their way of harnessing electricity to create artifacts, creating in her a kind of genuine interest, although it is not affection or love, only interest and a "good impression" with humans who "create with electricity", even going so far as to envy them at times, since their power only serves to destroy, whereas humans can create.

History.

In the early years of humanity, Mistyk emerged as a goddess of thunder and storms, unleashing chaos and destruction in her wake. Her laughter and cries of excitement at the chaos she unleashed were heard throughout much of the world, creating fear in her name, Mistyk the Thunder.

Mistyk was constantly challenged by various warriors and armies, and she mercilessly eliminated them, unleashing her frenzy of destruction and violence. This only served to motivate the goddess of thunder to create more havoc and chaos to provoke the wrath of more enemies and armies that wished to kill her.

Years after continuing her killing spree and deadly storms, Mistyk came across one of the villages she had destroyed, but now they possessed the ability to create lighting based on the electricity from their thunderbolts. This left a deep impression on Mistyk, as well as amazement at such creative ability. With this, Mistyk began to see humans differently, not just as beings to be destroyed in their wake.

Even with all the chaos that her reputation brought, Mistyk maintained an interest in humans, leaving some villages intact. Her curiosity for them lay in the human ability to use their thunder and electricity to create complex artifacts, something that even Mistyk herself had never considered, as she had always seen their power as a tool of destruction, not creation. This left her with a positive first impression of "humans who create." Mistyk reached the point of becoming genuinely involved with humanity, being able to lend her power to the development of various artifacts such as "antique light bulbs" and "primitive electrical circuits" As time passed, her wave of destruction subsided considerably, limiting only the storms and thunderstorms in the villages, always leaving the structures intact, creating a kind of climatic balance of storms in each area, thus allowing humans to use their power to create new and complex artifacts.

With this change in her personality, Mistyk began to be revered and appreciated. Despite the fact that there were still humans willing to kill her, she always limited her violence and bloodlust to warriors and armies, also in this way, creating a balance in her own life, between creation and destruction.

After a time, Mistyk would cross paths with the goddess who would change her life forever, the goddess of the end times, Nif. Both considering killing each other, but this time and for the first time, Mistyk was overwhelmingly outmatched and left almost dead by Nif, but instead of killing the goddess of thunder, and using the pretext of being "a poor, defenseless and sad goddess", Nif would capture Mistyk to use her powers in her favor, sealing her in an Angel's Clock, in that way and without being able to understand what happened, Mistyk was transformed into one of the CHILDREN of the goddess of time and being used to bring about the end of the world.

Powers and Abilities.

Mistyk possesses all the physical abilities a goddess could possess, strength and durability beyond any human limit, and the ability to lift several tons effortlessly.

Her primary ability lies in controlling electricity in all its forms, as well as the ability to create thunder and lightning in massive storms, which can cause the destruction of an entire city if time allows.

One of her favorite abilities is the ability to create lightning Clouds, she can move through at will. These lightning Clouds also possess large electrical charges, capable of disintegrating everything in their path if they come into contact with her. These lightning Clouds are only used by Mistyk herself.

Her body is constantly emitting electricity, which would cause complete electrocution just by touching her. Thus, she has a kind of "shield" always activated, but is able to deactivate it at will and touch and be touched by whomever she wishes.

She always carries with her a spiked club called Thunderstruck, which works as a kind of electrical storm conductor. Using this weapon, Mistyk can absorb the storms she causes and concentrate all that power on a target, creating a large electrical cyclone that destroys everything in its path.

Thank you so much for all these words. It really motivates me even more to develop my characters and their stories. Mistyk has an interesting and perhaps somewhat complex background, but her role in the story will be interesting. I hope you also like the following OC stories and enjoy how this story returns. really thanks very much!

Alright that was one hell of Bio. This character really has come a long way from your early days. It interesting reading this after looking at Nif Bio. I was under the impression that she was the only goddess and had created the others but this had a bit of world building to it. Mistyk being similar to a force of nature with all the chaos she was causing was crazy. But what started to get interesting was the fact that over time when she saw humanity ability to create it started to change her. She started dialing back from the destruction and even worked with them to create. She still would still accept challenges from those who were powerful and armies that wanted to fight her so it show she never lost her craving for battle. I'm interested in what the deeper reason she has for wanting to kill Nif and how it'll get revealed. Also I can't wait to see more her relationship with the other child seeing how she she herself as the weakest. What made me laugh was how she a perverted nature so I'm guessing Ras is one of the type of guys she likes. I guess even being a goddess she still has needs. This well detailed bio can't wait for the one. Can tell your putting your passion into this so keep doing your thing.
