Came back to this video because I was waiting to record my reaction to the songs. (I usually watch the beginning and then I try to find the outro if the album is on my list of albums to listen to then I come back to watch the whole entire video when I’m done) I love the video and hopefully some songs grew on you. The only ones that I wasn’t really feeling were the last 3 songs “guilty conscience” gave me Umbrella by Rihanna vibes especially with the repetitive chorus. I think you might give a chance to "stay done" especially. This album is… okay. I can see where people would like some songs but I feel like a good majority of them sound like I’ve heard the general idea before. That can be fine sometimes, but I think whatever vibe this is just feels like it’s really been overdone. That said I do think she has potential for some really cool stuff with her vocals, I would just personally need a different type of sound (could still be pop) to really get into her. That, and the lyrics feel a little generic and vapid as well… I don’t know that I have a good vision of who Tate McRae is as an artist or a person.
