If this is Arashi, I wonder if she texted Nao about the concert that Souta is saving up money for. If they like the same music, I could see her being super excited and wanting to go with Nao! Honestly, I think we know by now that Souta and Nao will end up together. Yes, it’s great that Nao has been able to be so comfortable with Souta, but seeing how he’s finally able to just talk to lots people like he used to as a kid, and be comfortable with other people other than Souta, is really good.
