Weekly Update – Desert Flower

Hi everyone,

I′ve returned from a nice and relaxing holiday, spending most of my time hiking in the mountains. It’s helped me clear my head and I feel like I can work again with much more focus and motivation.

The main content for the next version of XXXivilization has not changed and I want to remain true to my plan to release smaller, but more regular, updates. This means the thing I′ve worked on most the last week has been new images for old Chapter 1 content. You may remember Ansaria – one of the earliest encounters in the game – the leader of a small desert tribe. She’s now also getting images and her event will be slightly extended – you can see her first image above.

Another small but good news is that I′ve finally figured out what caused a bug in save games that plagued several users – their save games did not show up anymore unless they refreshed the browser. I′ve managed to fix this problem and the solution will be part of the next update.

That′s it so far. I hope I can give you a rough estimate of a release date in the next update. As always, let me know what you think of these changes or if you have anything else on your mind.
