Chapter 2.5 Beta - Fix 1

Thanks to some very helpful players, I was already able to detect and fix some pretty big issues in the beta release. So here is a first fix that should make the game more playable in its current state.

All you need to do is extract it in your game directory, it works with both cheat-edition and normal edition.
This update fixes, among others, the following problems:
- It was not possible to conquer tiles on the border of maps
- In a lot of texts, there were ? instead of the intended characters
- Pirate related events showed up on non-pirate maps
- Diplomacy with the Merchant guild of Saruja was not working
- Some events in Tortuga were fixed

2021-07-06 16:06:02 +0000 UTCNot sure if it should be considered a bug but I get the "finished chapter 2 start new game plus" option a few times before unlocking the pirate islands. Ya not a big issue just a heads up may need to skip a few weeks if not already on new game plus.
