"A Facehugger Prescription" WIP Update 07
Added 2021-12-06 14:49:38 +0000 UTCGood news! The VA cut was sent to my voice actress last night. The current runtime of the project is 10 minutes and 28 seconds (and that doesn't include extended "B-roll" and X-Ray footage).
So what happens now? While I wait for her to finish voice work of two characters in a 10+ minute scene, I will finish X-Ray footage and polish up completed footage. I also want to begin working on a holiday-related scene and release it before the end of December.
As for "A Facehugger Prescription" releasing before 2022, it depends on how long it takes my voice actress and how long high-quality rendering will take. (A 10 sec camera angle = 1 hour and 15 minutes to render in HQ). A 10+ minute scene could span a week of constant rendering, which I cannot start until my VA sends back her work. Lipsync will need adjustment based on her performance, and reactive lipsync (moans/pants) need to be added.
The fact that the VA cut is done means that the project is so close to being finished. I really REALLY want to release it before the holidays. So once I get her voice work sent to me, I'll be grinding out what remains.
