Recreating Kim Kardashian's Paper Magazine Cover

I took the original video, which had over 300 000 views, down from YouTube when the Adpocalypse and YouTube's new conservatism started. I will, of course, be reuploading it here, and possibly the censored version to YouTube. This image, by the way, is highly Photoshopped. I sold several prints of it for $25 :)
