It's unfortunate they don't release on PC. That said, both Unicorn Overlord and their other recent game, 13 Sentinels Aegis Rim, are excellent, though 13 Sentinels is much more of an "adventure" game than their other releases. Would recommend both of them if you have time to get around to them.

2024-10-20 23:10:52 +0000 UTCThe only Vanillaware game I played before this was Odin Sphere (original & Leifthrasir), and it's one of my favorite games of all time. I'm actually very tempted to buy a Switch just to play their latest game "Unicorn Overlord."

I remember you did a Conan piece a while back that has been one of my favorites of yours. This amazon reminds me a bit of that.

2024-10-19 22:49:34 +0000 UTCHave always loved playing Dragon's Crown for its art and its gameplay cycle. VanillaWare always make bangers. Demitri is also extremely cool with his voice acting, especially after having watched the Darkstalkers OVA. Looking forward to seeing them all later (・∀・)
