If a TG was to happen, what do you think would be the most confusing for a changed person?

daily routine changes, new body proportions (missing doorknobs because shorter/longer arms, car seat & mirrors, shelves, strength etc), mannerisms (how to sit appropriately, "girl/guy talk" etc)
