I'm reinstating polls to give it another go! This time around I'll be putting characters I want to draw instead of opening to suggestions to make it easier for myself.
This will be a completely colored piece! Probably with a background. The higher tiers will have a duplicate of this poll so that they can use their second vote there! I will add the votes up on Sunday and see who wins!
