About next doujin!

However the subject I want to work on is related to all those horsegirls I've been drawing recently, where I spoke about making a game with them. There are two types of ideas that I want to work on, but I'd want to see what you all were more interested in.
This might influence my choice for my next work, because I'm very interested in the material, but I also would very much like to present something you guys would like to read.
Two ideas:
1. A character book filled with drawings of the horsegirls, elements that I would implement in the game, character info, enemies, scenes, and loads of futa sketches with 2-3 full colored illustrations. It'd be mostly a full colored book, with the exception of sketch pages and some concepts. Would essential be like an Art Book from a game, but more centered on futa and stuff. This one would be longer, but filled with content.
2. A story about the main character and the main interest (my horsegirl Ishtar), where it'd be a vanilla love story and lots of lovey dovey sex! The MC would be a normal girl, but I was thinking of doing POV scenes in it as well! I want to make this my longest regular doujin!
