The first band I became quickly obsessed with was HIM. I'm currently listening to the album Love Metal hence the inspo for this caption.

For me the first band i actually loved was ninja sex party, just funny guys and songs with catchy beats. have always enjoyed linkin park and MCR, I remember seeing the music video to black parade when i was ill from school and that solidified my emo taste.

2023-07-31 13:36:52 +0000 UTCThe first band I ever went to see live was Boyzone (don’t laugh) I was only like 8 or 7 and went with female cousins. The first band I really liked was Ocean Colour Scene - I was around for the BritPop era and the whole Oasis v Blur thing, which actually pushed me towards OCS. Plus they are from Brum like me. Went to see them in excess of 30 times over the years. My music taste’s changed when I went to Uni and I got more into American music, first through Linkin Park then probably my all time favourite band, My Chemical Romance.
