Expiration Dates: Subway Cut pages
Added 2021-02-23 03:56:30 +0000 UTCSo for those of you who know me, I'm prone to second guessing myself and rage table flipping and cutting whole sections of things that I'd worked on for weeks. As soon as I think I like what's going on NOOOOOPE! Here's one of the cut pages from Kai on the subway that made it to color. The others were just sketches. I changed my mind on what I wanted to do and didn't want to post filler on webtoons or whatever. So....here's a page that could have been.
Originally Kai was napping on the train and thinking of Neela and gets interrupted by the attendant and ends up almost getting ticketed for an illegal blaster due to an "awkward pants" situation. Momentary embarrassment is probably better than an arrest. And as funny as the initial scene was when we wrote it up and sketched it out....eh I thought it was low hanging fruit filler when I want to get on with adventures and whatnot.
