I can only speculate that seeing Megan influenced Jason (his taste of women) and Mina (a physique to strive for) to become the couple we see in the present. I can’t wait to see a continuation of there series. Plus with the knowledge of this happening in the same universe opens up the possibility for a Dream girlfriend prequel story set before their reunion
