2024-07-11 15:27:29 +0000 UTCOne of the best things they improved on from GOT is the establishing shots. Hotd gives you such a better idea of where things are in relation to each other. They always struggled with the scale in GOT. Like seeing how massive the dragon pit is next to the red keep.

I watch and re-watch the episode Monday (here in Oz), by the time I’ve finished that, a couple of the early reviews have dropped. I watch those. During the week, the longer ‘chat’ videos and deep dives appear, which are fun, and then your fully considered and researched piece drops on Sunday night (again, Oz time). So I’m ready for Monday again. Bring it in earlier if you want, but I reckon you have the balance pretty right.
