Pic-To-Gif: Puce Spooky Twerk

I selected $25 tier member Fusiontech a while back as to what image he would like to see animated. To my surprise, he requested the picture I did last Halloween (2017) of my mascot Puce dressed up as Jack-O from the Guilty Gear series. (I was playing Xrd around that time).
And the timing of me finally getting around to it just happens to line up with the Halloween of the following year. So ya'll can thank him for that :)
