I think there are several good ideas here. The premise could be that Hana looks down on Kenji for being a loser, but when she finds out he inherited a brothel after his father’s mysterious disappearance, her attitude toward him changes. She then forces him to help her run and manage the place, and they start hiring girls. It’s an idea that could grow into more concepts, and different characters could be added gradually.
