🔧 Framework Hub Update - Power Plans & Admin Permissions Fix

### 🔋 Power Plans Overhaul Part 2
- Completely redesigned the power plan management system with three optimized profiles:
*Silent Mode*
- CPU throttled to 5-30% for maximum power savings
- Aggressive power saving settings for GPU and display
- Quick sleep timers (3 minutes) to preserve battery
- Perfect for taking notes or basic web browsing
*Balanced Mode*
- CPU range of 10-99% for good performance/battery balance
- Moderate boost settings for responsive performance
- Smart sleep timers (60 mins plugged, 10 mins on battery)
- Great for daily productivity tasks
*Boost Mode*
- CPU unlocked to 100% with aggressive boost
- Maximum GPU performance
- Sleep timers disabled
- Ideal for gaming or demanding workloads
### 🛠️ Admin Permissions Fix
Fixed the annoying issue where explorer.exe would close when launching with admin rights. The app now properly handles UAC elevation without disrupting the Windows shell.

- Implemented proper Windows power scheme management using native GUIDs
- Added comprehensive logging for power profile changes
- Improved error handling and validation for power settings
- Fixed admin elevation logic in the main process
