ULSAPD K-9 Alamo (and more to come...)

Hoping to have the next update (v0.4) ready to release to MAATE Tier II patreons by the end of this weekend, with various improvements (such as adjusted sirensettings, new and improved assets (logos, colour palette etc), and of course, some new vehicles being added. Still got lots more planned for ULSA before the eventual public release :)
