MGE Mermaid- Update 2

I have been wanting to do this for some time, mermaid's tail, but now as an ACC, so it can be a bit less of a hassle to pose in studio xD
Use top half state to hide the normal tail. Take off top to show leg.
Dynamics can be disabled in the char editor
