Adjusting to Patreon changes [December 23 Update]

These changes include:
- Historical patron data for individual creators
- Adding "All Members" count to creator pages
- Adding Paid Members to Advanced Filtering pages
We are continuing our work to fix:
- Historical rankings
- Hot creator achievements
- Patreon stat pages
- Monthly ranking pages
