I think it would be such an interesting story as shirou tries to reason between absolute justice and his own definition of being a hero of justice Add in he could have a background from wano as it represents Japan and has lots of emphasis on swordsman and some of the most dangerous foes in the new world with kaido and orochi. This gives him the base for his foray into the rest of the seas. He could be a native who ate the sword sword fruit or something as an alternative.
