This poll makes it easier to keep track of people for or against combining the C and D rank polls.

The idea came to me after some PM's regarding consistency of updates for popular stories which have to wait a month or so for an update. As of the moment, I have a lot stories, and focusing on the longer stories can help complete them faster like they did for Fate-In Time and Holyman. This being said, it may not be great for some of the smaller stories if the polls are combined, but at least they won't completely be left behind in favor of others as the chance still exists.

The other point of why I considered combining the C and D rank polls is that when the D-Rank pool gets small enough, and the offered stories in the poll aren't as interesting to others, we'll get more people voting for new stories at a rate higher than stories would be completed. By combining polls, it buffers the time between new stories to something more reasonable.

Of course, there's the option of removing the new story option for the time being, but the fact that people are choosing the new story option over the existing stories mean they may not be interested in them. If the New Story option is still being chosen in a combined C and D poll, it's a more reasonable estimate to have a new story rather than having a new story because the other options aren't as appealing.

Well, these are just my thoughts, what do you all think?
