A mixed route Shirou finds himself under the employ of Chaldea as a Technician (aka a Repairman) during the start of Grand Order. And I also think you responded with a different idea like; Shirou servives the second Fuyuki Fire ( aka the Fuyuki Singularity) and gets rayshifted back to Chaldea with the protagonist.

...Oh God, could you imagine the shock the group would feel looking between their "repairman" and "Archer" when they eventually meet him. I'm willing to bet the Chaldea's groups mind's would be blown, while "Caster" would have already known as soon as he met him with the group, but just not brought it up. XD

2020-05-23 23:41:13 +0000 UTCI think the problem of dividing the poll like this is that the stories in the small poll are much more likely to get a lot of votes (i doubt it's a coincidence that this two story have so many votes compared to every other options), especially since many people voted in all 3 polls instead of voting only one story. Maybe next month you could do a final poll with the three winning options?
