Future Updates
Added 2018-12-18 21:38:56 +0000 UTCIn a formative discussion I've had recently, a new update method was somehow hashed out to allow all stories to at least get updated once rather than never.
It will work like this:
From the Smaller Update Poll, if a story gets picked twice in a row, it will be moved to the Main Update Poll until all the stories in the smaller update poll have been updated once. Thereafter, the stories in the Smaller Update Poll will refresh. This allows all stories to at least get an update eventually
I'm not sure how well this will work yet, so from this week onward its going to be a testing phase

I think it would be better to just remove the winning stories from the next poll, and then the next winner is removed as well and so on until all stories have been updated. Then repeat. This gives every story a chance and we don't get bogged down in one or two stories completely dominating the polls over and over.
