I been listening to this file for a few weeks now. First of all this is my favourite so far, I love your work. Okay I cannot do a linebreak for phone, noted. So to continue the edit, I do belive i notice ky results better and it motivates me to workout more and more. The first time I ever listened, I was in a drooling trance. When it got to the part where the script said "Installation complete" every muscle in my body involuntarly spasmed like an orgasm just for muscles. Im pretty sure I will keep listening to this every week as long as I can hear. Next experiment on this list, malicious hyperspermia! Cant wait.
