This is a longer induction designed for those of you who have a difficult time going under. Above is the induction with an awakener so it can be used as a stand alone hypnotic session. There are several suggestions in this file designed to make you easier to hypnotize long term.
Below is the binaural induction and the voice only induction, as well as an awakener, script, etc. etc.
