You need to stretch your body regularly because if you don't, your muscles feel coiled up and stale. As a result, you have become very flexible. You stretch intuitively most of the time, but you also enjoy learning new stretching techniques to help you become more flexible.
I only listened to this file once, but I'm still feeling it days later. I don't know how to describe the "feeling stale" aspect, but after doing some research, it may be lactic acid build up due to sitting in the same position for too long. It doesn't take long for me to feel it, so maybe I have become more sensitive to lactic acid build up? I REALLY feel a need to stretch. Like, all the time. And yeah, I have become more flexible as a result. Maybe this wasn't the best way to become more flexible, but that "stale" feeling comes on so quick, I literally can't help it. I honestly need to stretch all the time...so in that way, I guess it works.
