The goal of this file is to redirect that energy into paying attention to your partner's pleasure as well as your own. It's meant to alleviate the shame and fear that can come with asking for what you want. It's designed to make communication and empathic awareness your default state while having sex.
There are also several suggestions about easily finding partners who like what you have to offer and navigating communities of like minded people. Being a sexual empath will pull you out of your head and make you feel more confident in bed.
